New Music: ASAP Rocky x Lana Del Rey- Ridin'

"It sounds crazy so far... We were just gonna call it 'My Bitch,' but we're not gonna get much play with that, so we called it 'Ridin'.' [The song] is some Bonnie and Clyde shit." -ASAP Rocky (The Source)
After "Ridin'" was pulled from the KickDrums mixtape, to be placed on Rocky's LiveLoveA$AP album, fans were heartbroken, because the song wouldn't be heard until later on in the year. Luckily, the success on the video for "National Anthem" must have changed their minds because the full version of the collaboration is now available. Enjoy.

New Video: Lana Del Rey - National Anthem (ASAP Rocky Co-stars)

“Some swag shit,” said Rocky of the clip. “I play JFK, she plays Jackie O. It’s some cool trippy shit, some real 2015 shit. People are gonna get it in like three years, and that’s the whole purpose of it.” - ASAP ROCKY

Wow, when I first heard about this video, I couldn't believe it, Lana Del Rey portraying Jackie O and ASAP Rocky as...JFK...John F. Kennedy... The video trailer dropped yesterday and now we have the full video in all its glory, the portrayals work, surprisingly. Check out the tragic love story that unfolds as LDR tweaks the real life tragedy and see how it all plays out. Personally, I love it, how do you feel about it?

Video: A$AP Rocky and Danny Brown Get Random on Back & Forth

"Danny Brown and A$AP Rocky sat down to go back and forth about picking up girls on Facebook, real MDMA, and the hassles of being in the music industry."

"In part two of 'Back & Forth' A$AP Rocky loses control when Danny Brown tells the story of his teenage encounter with an old prostitute, Danny complains about being compared to Wu-Tangs ODB, and the two guys go through their shopping list of women they like to get down with."

New Video: Azealia Banks- 'Liquorice'

Azealia Banks, our (well, my...) favorite new, foul mouthed, female rapper, delivers the video for 'Liquorice' which comes from her new 1991 EP. Check out the behind the scenes vid below.

Spotlight: Brooklyn West Carter

"Two years from now I see myself touring the world, get a couple awards under my belt, couple hits on Billboard and I think I should be doing well in the music game, I should have a record deal, I should be signed. If I'm not signed, then probably or most likely, God has a different plan for me, whatever it is...hopefully the path is music." - BWC
To be successful in any business it's a must that you learn three things, these are: 1.) Be humble, 2.) Take criticism and 3.) Use that criticism to better the product that you're putting out. Bahamian-born Brooklyn West Carter(BWC), formerly known as Ice Princess (abbrev. Ice P), has shown exceptional growth, music-wise, because she does all of these things, therefore making her music better and better. Having had the pleasure of knowing BWC, personally, I can vouch that she is always content and on her grind.

With a mixtape under her belt, BWC credits Lil' Wayne, Jay-Z and Kanye West as her inspirations to keep on making good music and to reach her goals. Although she is not the "typical" female rapper, her clean lyrics, hip-hop sound and "swag" are refreshing and we hope it doesn't change any time soon.

Her newest song is "Way Too Cold", a freestyle over Kanye West's beat and if I must say, it's proof of how far she's come, the best song/video that she's offered up so far, which is pretty dope. in the visual, Carter drives through the streets of Miami (where she's currently stationed) and spits, "Hollering about some clothes/ B.West gone embarrass you/Bragging about some clothes/B.West gone embarrass you." Also in the video is a blaisian(Black/Asian), spilt Ciroc and a fly BMW convertible. Swaggy.
